THE ADVISOR
Lukman was born in Beirut but grew up in Sydney. He holds a BA from the University of Sydney & spent his early career in sales & marketing within property & finance.
Lukman joined the REA Group (ASX: REA) in 2005 before moving to Dubai in 2008 to set up a digital marketing agency.
Lukman began working with Property Finder in 2010 as a consultant before joining FT as Commercial Director. He became Group CCO in 2014. During his 9yr tenure he oversaw 35x revenue growth & was a key driver in the company's evolution from a 15 person scrappy startup to the regions dominant PropTech & real estate classifieds publisher valued at US$500M.. Property Finder has continued to scale & Lukman remains a shareholder & advisor.
Lukman founded BAQHUS in 2019 & now operates between Sydney, Dubai & Europe, advising & investing in growth stage, scale-up & mature marketplace businesses.
