Lukman H. has 20 years of experience in online classifieds at some of the worlds' most effectively monetised platforms. BAQHUS is Lukman's personal consultancy firm & investment vehicle.
Lukman grew up in Sydney, Australia & holds a BA from the University of Sydney. His early career was in project sales & marketing. He joined the REA Group (ASX: REA) in 2005 before moving to Dubai in 2008 to set up a digital marketing agency. Lukman began working with Property Finder in 2010 as a consultant before joining full time as Commercial Director & then Group CCO in 2014. He was one of the main drivers in the company's evolution from scrappy startup to a US$500M valuation. During his 9 year tenure company revenues grew 35x. Property Finder has continued to scale & was recently valued at almost US$1B. Lukman founded BAQHUS in late 2019 & now operates between Sydney, Dubai & Europe, consulting to & investing in growth, scale-up & mature marketplace & classified businesses around the world. |
